The Fraudulent Schemes of Bryan Eastin
•Bryan Eastin filed this lawsuit Unlawfully, first by filing in the Johanson's personal capacity, then, a year later, by forging a certificate of interest (Irrevocable Assignment of Claim), assigning all alleged claims from Garpdon LLC, to the Johansons in their personal capacity, in the attempt to validate the unlawful act.
The transferee is not authorized by Arizona law to file a lawsuit from the assignment, see A.R.S.§29-3502 (A)(3)(a), does not entitle the transferee to participate in the management or conduct of the company's activities and affairs.
• Ran a fraudulent scheme with ex-judge Sally Schneider Duncan for 448 days, attempted to unlawfully take everything of value over $250.00.
• Ran another fraudulent scheme with two judges in the attempt to incite violence, for the purpose to win in a frivolious lawsuit Eastin had filed 6 1/2 years ago!
• Ran another fraudulent scheme after properly demanding a jury trial on all claims by and through deceit having the court move claims to the bench for a bench trial without waiver or consent of all parties.
• Forged two notices of deposition, submitted them as an exhibit in a motion, claiming the other party made and served the notices, requested a protective order, asks the court for a default ruling to remove the opposition's answer and award all of their claims and relief requested.
This act of forgery by Bryan Eastin made the Maricopa County Superior Court recognize the conflict of interest between the parties and document the record with/of the conflict of interest, via Minute Entry by granting the protective order.
